Default where can I find some more Hp?

Well, Without splitting the motor Is there anyother way I can crank out a bit more juice?

I'm already running a programmer from superchips, KN CAI, and looking into a TB from fastman. I already got a Exhaust, im running stock manifolds with duel glasspacks(true duel).

Is there anything else I can throw at this motor just to up it up a little? im not looking to spend thousands. Just curious As I have my ideal truck.

you can actually get it ground to a 206ish. crane cams does it. or the did it in the past. w/o a tune ho and 206 cams are pretty much the same. but with a tune 206 will exceed the ho's. but dont get me wrong, i absolutely love my ho cam with sct tune.

apparently standard 47 cam has a different centerline than a true ho cam. so you wont get the full benefits.

but crane cams does still regrind cams for $289 (called them this morning)
