Default AC compressor swap

I'm changing my AC compressor. Should I swap my accumulator and orifice tube at the same time? 2000 dakota 3.9 188000 kms. Do I need to add oil to these before I install them? thx

Why are you changing the compressor? Has the system been opened to the air? It wouldn't hurt to replace the orifice tube.

You will need to add oil.

For the compressor, measure what comes out of the old and put the same amount into the new compressor. For the accumulator, 3 ounces. This is all from the 2000 FSM. Make sure you use oil compatible with r134a.
