I just got a bazooka tube 8 in. its amplified and I have done a lot of truck stereo crap but I was wondering if I could just hook up my bass tube to my amp I have already?

If its amplified you would have to just go in it and hook up the sub wires to your amp instead of using the built in one

Bazooka tubes should be more than 50watt I wanna think when my bro in law had his bazooka tube in his dakota he had a 250 watt amp. I might be wrong that was almost 5 years ago

run power, ground, remote and rca's should be it...thats how I did my tube type subwoofer. you won't need your amp anymore but you could use it to run your other speakers if you already don't have one for them. Tube's don't need as much help from the amp because of the design I guess. It should sound really nice once its hooked up. 8 is a tad small an won't boom as much as a bigger sub but the tube will make it sound boomy. Its hard to explain haha.
