I get the same result when I use Sunoco in the Ram...so I use whatever fuel Cumberland Farms sells...

Yeah I figured it was a mistake. Have you tried different plugs? I know our hemi recomends you dont use 87 but it runs fine on it. we were sometimes putting 91 in it but since gas went up screw that

No i just put what the oem ones in i was not on here when i got the truck i didn't know what to run i plan to go with ngk one heat range cooler i see most peple do on here.

Odd I run the cheap autolites and never get any ping or knock on 87. Since I've owned the truck it hasnt saw anything other than 87

The plenum gasket i think is shot would that be my problem.

You using any oil? Just take your air hat off and look down through your throttle body you will be able to see if its bad or not.

I ran Cheveron through my truck yesterday and ran with some ballz, yesterday evening I put in shell being it was my only choice where I was and boom ran like pooh again.. and was from a competely different gas station.. just kinda FYI my truck doesn't like what ever is in Shell Gas..

my schell stations are far and few between, so i dont have mpg on that , but i did notice that i get an extra 1/1.5 mpg out of mobil gas vs bp gas. stupid winter blend and ethanal. ill gain more mpg's when we go to summer blend.
