Default Shell Gas = Pooh

So just thought I'd share.. Every time I run Shell Gas in my truck the truck runs like utter pooh...

Throw some Chevron/Texaco or Exxon and runs like mad! Truck with ADD... Just thought I'd share.

I run sheetz and snappys(its in town so I get it 90% of the time) gas. Both are the same which it dont matter because its the 2 closest places to me. I have run sunoco and bp but it seems to be the same also. Shell is the only place I have not tried only because there isnt one around us.

We don't have any Shell stations around here but I have run it in my truck before with no problems from it. I like Marathon gas, my truck runs very well on it. It does well on 7-11 gas too. I get a little bit more MPG from Marathon though.

what most people forget is that their gas stations get gas from the same distributor and its all the same gas

Another thing I like about Marathon is they are an American company based in Findlay, Ohio and they only use crude oil from the USA, Mexico and Canada. 7-11 is the same, they have their own proprietary blend of gas and it is refined form USA and Canadian oil.

97 octane? You must be running some crazy *** mods!! I have only ever saw 94 after that its pretty much vp racing fuel.

I usually go to Valero. Truck seems to run the same on pretty much everything. I like Valero and they're also an American company. (I believe, correct me if I'm wrong)

It may start out the same - meeting minimum standards but they have different additives.
