im at 15 ish over the winter. now that its getting warmer and the winter blend gas is going away im getting 17 ish as of the last few weeks. i have the 4.7 awd quad cab.
thats normal for my 5.2 but yours should be at least 16
No way a 4.7 QC is going to get 16 at least in the city. I average 12-13 in the city, and upwards of 19-21 on the highway. Turn off O/D in the city that may help a bit
Plus it depends how much stopping and starting you do in the city. If you live in a congested city with a lot of stop lights you are going to get worse mileage

all of my 150 miles a day is hwy miles, except for 20 miles to get me to the freeway(10 miles each way to the freeway) i have gottin 18+ in the past as well.
You should see around 14-15 no problem. I see around 11-12 with my 5.2. In the city with lights and what not I burn through a 1/4 tank in about 10-20 miles.
So a tank should get me about 400 kms 200 miles? Things like a o2 sensor will have an effect I think the cats are original 214000 kms they maybe getting clogged or no?
