while your at it change the orings on the injectors, so you dont have to go through the trouble of having gas spray all over your engine while driving like myself.

i also hope you have assembly lube.

yeah then I am in a little bit a situation here because I don't have that tool or a ride to go get it.... Well this sucks

you can possibly remove the VC without disconecting the rail. remove the 4, 8mm bolts that hold in the fuel rail you can lift it up. theres a little slack in the line so you should be able to lift it up and give you more room to remove the VC. your going to need a buddy to hold the crank when you loosen the cam sprocket bolt as well as getting the cam lined up once its installed again.

Then this is also so foam tubing that is in my way I'm pretty sure its just something coming of a EGR valve. So i'm going to give that a shot.

you can remove the vac. lines, makes it easier to get to things. or the pcv lines too that are on the both pass and driver side firewall on the back side of the intake.

the hardest part is just getting to the cams. as you are finding out. have you gotten that VC off yet?
