Default ive got the offroad bug again

now that its summer me and my friends go offroading all the time, but as you know I dont have a front driveshaft so i cant do much. So i found one on ebay, double ujoint for a good price. i also wonder if it will help my 0-60 time launching in 4hi.

also durring the winter i was suprised i was able to drive around in snow, but i hated it so this winter will be better.

It will help your 0-60 time. My friends you have diesel have to run 4WD otherwise they spin their tires to no tomorrow. Then again they did spend up to 8k on a transmission. So I might be a little cautious launching too hard in 4WD

Yes you just might need to use 4WD, it should *******ly eliminate wheel spin. Or you could try to get some stickier tires but those normally end up looking like trash on a truck.

yeah i dont have the $ to spend on street tires then do what in the winter keep switching back and forth between all terrains and street. need another spare tire so i can do that. but the front drive shaft was the cheapest option for me right now. plus i want to go offroad again.

if you launch in 4wd dont you have to switch right back to 2wd after the launch as to not burn up the tcase and front workings?

Why did it sensor something I said? Hmm. anyways my buds don't otherwise they will spin when they shift they would brake the back tires loose... 600+ HP and 1300 Lbs of torque is just a little bit of power. But I have heard quite a few people who run 4wd out of the box and switch it when they get the chance. I've never really been to big on full throttle acceleration out of the gate, but a front drive shaft would never hurt. I mean its kinda suppose to be there
