@01blackdak if you are still lookin into it, you could take a look at the ram runner. They tested it, and the ram runner was better offroad than the raptor. It had longer travel in the same size package as a ram.

 

Not gonna find a kit for dakotas. Im makin my own long trael kit. I know a few guys that have front end kits they will sell for dakotas but ts a lit of cutting, welding and money to put on your truck. All the ones ive seen for dakotas dont have 4 wheel drive. Dakotas are the hardest trucks to build up into prerunners. Search "long travel dakota" on here and u will find the thread on a silver one.

 

are you discussing me? no real kits for dakotas. hell suspension lift kits are hard to come by nowadays. there was an lt kit up for sale for 800 bucks recently. you could modify it to make it 4x4 capable. So basically either go custom or find a used lt kit and modify it to make it 4x4 capable.

im in oregon and i wouldnt be able to get the fab work done on my truck. they would have done it for me. i talked to em. the wanted 800 for the kit and would get it all set up. but im 1000 miles away and broke. i missed out big time. my custom kit is gonne be rad, dont worry!!
