im not sure the weight, but it's 3/16 plate all around with support gussets. it's tough, extremly tough, I took some Structual steel bolts home from work and used them, 5 for each bracket, and 2 for the bracket to bumper mount.

Ironworker CWB Welder actually, local 764 here in labrador West, NL. Going for my redseal in a couple months then maybe out west.. havn't decided. Nice to know there's other Dakota ironworkers out there! good stuff man

Thanks pal, I'm actually going to go 40's next summer and use it for a summer rig. insure it for 3-4 months of the summer, then drive my other rig in the winter.

i got a couple more mods for it coming up soon.. new warn winch on the way, rear cromoly shafts, bigger springs, Maybe even new leaf packs or blocks and 40's or42's.... I'm a little worried on that motor spinning 40's+, But so far, this little 4.7 is tough as nails.. no problems wit the motor and she can squeel the 37's with ease, just something i dont do very often because i'll probably loose the trans on the highway LOL.

Are 40s illegal in Canada? I know here 40s are illegal so people are running 39.5s.

Now I know why you were able to fabricate all your own stuff, you weld for a living lol.

how are your headlights wired with separate low beams and high beams bulbs?
