Post CAT 02 Sensor and blown cat
Does your exhaust stink as in like an old truck or no CAT at all? Does it smell like unburnt gas?
Or Does it smell like rotten eggs?...
Mine blew out because I had a no-fire condition and the magna crap couldn't handle it and went poof.. the bricks inside were too thin.. and construction was ****ty. But any case..
First stop i would make is here:

CAT's dont fail all on their own; they fail because they get clogged (because of some other problem) or they go boom.. because too much unburnt fuel in there at the time it reached hot temps and blew it self up.
if it was defect I would say it probally would have went bad much sooner though.. but I'm not a mech. only shade tree at best; and thats on a FORD, Dodge are a different story.. but I'm learning. due or die.

I know occasionally on start up I blow blue smoke so I know that it does burn oil occasionally on start up but then clears up. Could that have caused the problem, because I'm not getting any fouled plugs and my performance doesn't seem to be too much reduced
