All of the injector power wires (Green/orange) should have 12v any time the engine is cranking or running. The other injector wires are grounds, which the PCM sinks to fire the injectors. Go back and take some voltage readings again.

If you have a scan tool , hook it up and see what temp the CTS is reading , with a cold engine it should read close to what the IAT sensor is showing , you could also pull the plug off the CTS sensor (this will set a TC ) and see if the scan tool shows a temp drop of -40 deg or less and then put a jumper wire in the plug and see if the scan tool shows the temp going up to or over 300 deg or more ,, this will atleast tell you if the wires / pcm is working right or not , dont know the numbers right off hand but check the haynes manual and back probe the wires to check the voltages and compare them to the specs ,,,

ok.. update...

checked out all the injectors/wire they're good.

looks like wingstealer was on the money here. where the temp sens is tricking the pcm..

i looked this up...
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...igh-input.html

did all the testing that helms posted. all the wires were ok and lead to a bad PCM

however i did hook up the pcm from my dodge ram 5.2 and it still did the same thing.. thats where i'm clueless now... (they did look diff tho)

draws a new set of questions:

would it work if i got a PCM from the wreckers for a dak 5.2 (with everything the same)
what else to look for after if the PCM is ok..
is this something a dealer can just reprogram?? (maybe i should've done that when i did the swap from 5.2 dak to 5.2 ram engine..)

drove it the truck around a bit this morning and once n a while the coolant gauge went full n check gauges went on but the truck ran mint without stalling!

so this means the TCS is tricking the PCM...

out to the wreckers for another PCM.. 35bux i'll let ya'll know how it goes..
