Default 5.2 running rich, injector issue

Hey guys, so i've been trying to figure out why my 99 dak 5.2 auto is running rich and occasionally dying when switching gears, and sputtering when first hitting the accelerator... (occasional code for open injector circuit #3, and constant cooling temp sens, open circuit)

I replaced the o2 sens.. not the prob
so then moved on to the injectors and all of the solenoids are clicking. Then i tested the voltage coming from the injector plugs while running( one at a time) and in injector #3 it was running at 17v??? while all others where at 2v.

Can anyone tell me what that mean? and where about i go to fix this?

and as for the cooling temp sens, it comes up as a code (open circuit), the temp gauge doesn't work, replaced the sensor and nothing.. sometimes moves just above 50 but then slowly drops down.. i followed the one orange wire (thinking one of the wires was bad) to the PCM was ok, and after i looked at the blk/blue wire on the wire diagram, so i gave up. i would have to tear everything upart to follow it.. is there anything else i can do?? maybe just a ground somewhere?

try swapping injectors and see if you get the same readings.

only thing i see in the haynes manual is that it says injector resistance should be between 10.8-13.2 ohms @68F

in the mean time, all other ideas would be helpful

it sounds like the temp sensor plug it tricking the pcm into thinking it cold and dumping fuel in try the temp sensor first almost positive that will fix it if not then hes right its a failing pcm might even look at the ctm(central timer module)
