Default Magnaflow Cats

I need to replace the cat on my truck and am considering alternitives to OEM parts. Has anyone used these maganaflow universal converters?

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MPE-94026/

They are cheap so i am worried about longevity.

I put a magna-crap on my truck and had nothing but problems. First thing that happend was it decreased both my performance and MPG; and finally one little poof* it cratered.. Such a big POS.

I have a new Catco; that I'm waiting to install now.. Supposedly they are supposed to be better? Time will tell..

Thunder says they are the same product so..

Im a technician at a Midas service center. We use magnaflow catalytic converts with sucess only on smaller motors. V8's we usually order a direct fit from a place called Frank's exhaust supply. Reasonable prices and a huge inventory or OE and aftermarket high performance.
