Well, I dont know, but I dont like how the Rancho's I got fit up front. It didnt seem 100% right...Anyway, go to an autozone, pull both sets( obviously oem) and see if there is a diff. ? thats all I could think of.
Most of what Ive found is 03 and 04 are the same suspension/brake-wise...'04 just didnt get labeled as compatable for whatever reason. I blame the durango body change.

i am having the hardest time finding shocks for my truck, they are either extremely expensive like the rancho 9000s, and i am not the richest man ever so i dont wanna spend that much money on shocks right now, or they have really low end street shocks and thats not what i want. i was thinking rancho 5000s ? but idk how good they are

I cant really say im ecstatic with the 9000s. I prob wouldnt spend it again. Big motivator was free MyRide system. Which is a PITA. Anyway, with lift, dont you need 'custom' shocks anyway? Unless you just have body and torsion...just a thought I had.
If you find a set for '03, I'd put money on them fitting. I can get measurements if you want em.
