Default chuggle ?> & IAC

Today; I was out and I rev'ed the engine up to 3K and kept it there a min or two.. then compleatly backed off.. and let it catch its idle. It did not die; but kinda had a miss to it.. like the IAC didn't open fully; in time.. or w/e..

Is this a clear sign of a failure or at least problem with the IAC? I hear a 'CLICK' sound coming from the area when its cold when it frirst starts and kinda chuggle chuggle from time to time.

Here's a write-up on how to clean it. Can't hurt if this isn't the problem, plus we can then rule it out.

Yeah thanks; but I actually tore the whole TB down and completely cleaned it a long time ago and is still clean; Like i said i hear ti "THud" or "CLICK" sound every so often like its in a bind.. I know it works cus i can watch it open pre-ignition; and close (We know there is a gab always so close is extend all the way out)

But um.. it might have been pushed/pulled by mistake; I cant be sure.

I'm so tired of Dodge... Can't get nothing to work right.. So since I took the defective magna-crap off.. and put the Catco; the power is **** poor. I've felt better 4 bangers than this. This is pathetic already.

somethings wrong with your engine then b.c catco has been proven to be better than the POS stock cats.

Yeah there is something wrong with my engine; a miss of some sort.. cant find it already done everything. tracking down.. thought it was gone b4 by adjusting rockers and replacing one.. but noooo... I just didn't notice it.. cus i've been driving long distances lately... but i got back into my usual routine.. short runs and stuff and going out to the pits. and its still there.. ROFL..

FCKING truck.... I am really starting to hate this truck.. then to top it all off; i got re-ended the day I was going to the muffler shop to get the catco on..

The catco feels like stock.. but the actual motor has no change since the replacement of the magna-crap..

And its not the plenum; had it checked and its fine;.. clog up the Fresh air side and it builds suction.. glog the PCV port on the motor and no suction on the fresh air side; actually; when you let go it bursts out built up pressure for a micro section which is normal; else it would not do either and pull it through the "Supposed" leak.

Maybee give me time and i can collect my thoughts and then maybe try and find the most sensible place to start.. Probably drop $100 bucks at the dealer for diagnostics.. I'm tired of throwing money at this thing..

Oh.. Did I tell you; when you first push the throttle; it feels like it wants to go for a micro section; bogs down sorta.. Does this sound like the MAP?

Oh.. and it has random crappy shifting points.. too! Joy huh? Yeah.. Sometimes 1st shifts with power and authority other times it shifts like I'm on a moped. Oh.. and 2nd to 3rd I think.. kinda floats "finding the gear"
its all random as hell though.. turn a corner and try to accelerate.. it doesnt do ****.. unless you really give it gas; and most the time.. nope; no passing gear.. wants to wind through the gear its in.. and it wont drop down.. (nothing wrong with the cable)

I know this truck has the potential and has power; I've felt it.. come and go..
