im saying a shop. I know I cant in 3 hrs especially if you have never done it

 

I got all ball joints replaced (upper and lower both sides) at the local dodge dealer about 2 weeks ago. I had the work done there because I'm trying to get reimbursed from Chrysler.

After 3 weeks of research with the NHTSA and Chrysler, I think I finally found the right person in the Quality department that can help. I'll keep the board posted on my progress.
