Default Question about factory remote start

Hey, gang,

I've got a 2008 Lariat trim with a 4.7 V-8. It has the factory remote start on it. But a couple times now, I've started the truck via remote, checked and verified that it started, only to come out to the truck a number of minutes later to find that the truck is not running.

Is there a time limit set to how long it will run when started by remote?
If so, is there a way to adjust the time limit?

Thanks,

By the way, I gotta say, it's the first Dodge truck I've ever owned, and I'm now wondering why I didn't discover the fun of dodge trucks earlier.

28 views and nobody has an inclination yet? Surely if this is the case, someone must have had the same thing happen to them. No?...

Maybe because it's in the wrong forum? We're 2nd generation, '97 to '04. There are big differences, electronic and body wise, in the later gen models.

Oh, crap. My bad. Too many separations, in my humble opinion. I'll repost in the third generation forum.
thanks!!
