Thanks for all the replies everyone. A few questions:
1. Does my 4.7 have a MAP sensor? I went to OReilly and they could not find a part number for it. Is is called something else?
2. So I changed the plugs, put Sea Foam in the fuel and oil. I reset the Avg Econ setting then I drove it for an hour to a friends house and it it averaged 19 MPG and I was stoked! Since driving it an hour home and then 30 minutes to my sisters and back it has dropped down to 15 MPG. If it stays there that is way better but what the heck was with teasing me with 19 MPG?

Yup, you should have a MAP sensor on the front of the intake manifold. It's held on with 2 bolts.

My trip computer is never that accurate. Could be anything.

Rockauto has your MAP sensor for less than $18.

Hey Dan, found it, thanks! Also, that rockauto website is killer, easy to navigate and the pictures and descriptions are great. At first I thought I found it but the picture didn't look right...turns out it was the Throttle Position Sensor I had located on top instead of the MAP out in front.
Very cool, got one coming into the part store at 2p today.
