Default Help, my horn has a mind of its own

My 1999 Dakota V6 has started honking on its own when turning, more so/maybe always when using the right turn signal. I thought the issue was in the steering collum area so I pulled the horn relay and to my surprise the horn still honked on its own, I will say though the horn sounds quieter/weaker for the breaf moment it is on then if I hit the horn pad. any else had this before? thanks.

Check the ground. Both the horn and the RH turn signals use the same ground, located on the right front inner fender.

the power going to horn goes through the ignition switch, check it first.
