I thought about inventing something like this.. you can get fans that can produce good CFM.. just need to make something with some controller and hook it in to the tac somehow.. to control the speed of the fan replicating a mech. belt driven version.. ROFL!!!!!

I bet if someone really wanted to they could probally come up with an electric version as good as a mech. version..

It would take way to much power. They spin crazy *** fast so it would require a ton of power to turn something that fast.

Yeah, if only there was a gas naturally expelled by the engine as byproduct of combustion to spin a turbine which would in-turn spin a larger turbine to force air into the throttle body to aid in the combustion process.
