Default Blown Head Gasket?

I have a 2004 Dodge Dakota, I am getting water and white smoke out of the exhaust. I did a compression test and all 6 read at 90. I am also getting codes P0123 P0113 P0171. Are there any other possible causes other than a blown head gasket or cracked head?

Thanks

what do the plugs look like? if its an external leak then it makes it easier to tell which side is blown. most of the time its the passanger side. then pull the head off, if you are mechanically able.
