New Plugs=Joy to man and no peace in my town
#11
So this will be my final review on these plugs.. they seemed ok and engine ran smooth as glass when i first started them up.. had lots of power it seemed like; but it was just smoother and felt like more power but in reality the engine took longer to wrap out.
After running for some time it seems in the 55mph range MPG increased.. very light throttle response is more responsive however for half~full open throttle lacks the get up and power; also lacks the throw you back in your seat feeling.
Taking in account I have untuned motor (That i know of anyways) 180 stat in the dead of winter.. the older plugs seemed to do a better job than these after some time driving and I supposed the PCM has adapted to them.. also keeping in mind i am restricted by this Cat on the truck.
lastly is the idle.. seems more rough and actually can hear a think think sound coming from the engine.
I'm going to stick with Autolite but go back in with non resister factory spec style as I'm doing other things.. I have a short list of things i want to do/swap and call it a day and stop fighting with this Dodge.
