Just as an FYI the wiring is different from 2001 up.
The outdoor temperature sensor feed comes over the PCI bus via the HVAC controller so you don't need to run any extra wires. There is also only one wire for the computer instead of two.
You should have three wires already. You'll use these for your existing lights.
On the console:
Pin 1 - Yellow with violet tracer, interior lighting (existing wiring Pin 1)
Pin 2 - Pink no tracer, fused feed to lighting (existing wiring Pin 2)
Pin 3 - no connection
Pin 4 - no connection
Pin 5 - Violet with yellow tracer, PCI (computer) connection (tap at data port pin 2)
Pin 6 - Dark Blue with white tracer, fused ignition switch feed (start-run)
Pin 7 - Yellow no tracer, courtesy lights (existing wiring Pin 3)
Pin 8 - no connection
Pin 9 - Orange no tracer, fused panel dimmer
Pin 10 - no connection
Pin 11 - no connection
Pin 12 - Black, ground.
