mine has 234k on it. Bought it with almost 228k so Havn't had it to long. As far as I know the trans and engine are original. Dodge does have a bad rep on the transmissions but I honestly think a lot of that had to do with the 5.9 and people peeling wheels all the time in them and beating the **** out of them and destroying the transmission. A friend of mine had a 5.9 and bitched about the transmission but he tore it to hell driving like an *** hole.

220k on mine and I'm changing it this week for a real clean motor with 120k
mine was all highway miles and I go through 2 full gas tanks every week.

Mine's still running strong at 178k. I need to change the fluid and filter, but other than that it's great. Never had any issues with it.
