When was the last time you tested your coolant and made sure it was still good? When was the last time you did a full system flush and put new coolant in?

About a year ago I replaced the coolant and the thermostat.

Sorry I am stupid sometimes.
Got to take a look today in the daylight. The damm Elec fan quit running. Found a relay for it appears to be good so I have to assume the factory motor took a bite.
