I started looking more last night and I figured out I have to get out milwaukee to get a good deal on something. Found a 98 ext. cab. 4x4 5.2L 5spd with 100k for 4k. Has a little rust but nothing terrible for wisconsin

Yeah, look in the chicago craigslist section. I like looking every now and then and recently I saw a truck that sounds similar to the one you're describing... It was dark blue I think. But there's a few other ones around that are fairly cheap.
