I agree
Did that a few weeks ago whoops put in too much Freon didn’t use my gauge set just the simple can pump that must have been way off and my compressor just spit it out the back end two times. I then released some to be sure with my gauge set and yes it was a tad high in Freon.
Just goes to show you can’t trust those cheap Freon can pumps too much.
I asked the guy at the A/C pro shop about that and he said no big deal.

no offense dak its hard for me to follow your post since you keep triple and quadruple posting, if you could merge your future post into one so i can read through it. i know on the old forums i was on you would get hell for even double posting. makes it hard for me to follow your convo.
now as for the switch im jumping to get my compressor to spool up its the switch that plugs into the accumlator, the low pressure cycling clutch switch. now as i stated; the connector to even get the compressor to spool, i would have to wiggle my paperclip around. what are the connectors called because that might actually be the issue?
as for the part what would it be; Refrigerant Pressure Switch or A/C Clutch Switch?

No problem a accept
No problem I think it’s my dyslexia my brain will not stop spitting out info and if you know any of us this is normal we are kind of sporadic and hyper on and off it is what it is.
But then again that’s why I was an A+ student in school my brain seeks perfection at all times so it is never happy.
I was also the guy in collage always challenging the teacher boy did the teachers hate me look it’s that irritating Know it all with his hand up as always. Think Hermione Granger in Harry Potter bingo that’s me.
Just bear with me but I dont think that will change

just ordered a low pressure switch and a new ac relay. dang thing is turning into a money pit. i have a little under $200 into it now. how much more do you guys think i would have paid at a a/c shop?
now dont get me wrong, i love this hands on stuff its great to know how to do this, i never thought i would have made it as far with this project as what i did. the help from you guys is what made this all come together, relatively smoothy, besides these last few small kinks.

It's hard to say, prices vary considerably depending where you live. My folks are in Centre County and I know it's much less that what I pay living in MA for almost anything.
It's always kind of satisfying to fix your own vehicle and find out what makes it "tick."
I'd suggest you do pick up a cheap meter for your tool box. You don't need a Fluke. A cheap one from Home Depot will help you test out switches, fuses, etc. You may not need that relay or pressure switch.
