Default unknown plug under bench seat

what is the plug marked 87921-h under the center console used for? it's a plug that's not plugged into anything and I may use it for a fuse block for my new console.
thanks

It's going to be for one of 2 things...power outlet in a console or a power connector for a power bucket seat. Red with tan stripe would be the power outlet...black with pink stripe should be for the seat.

It is a red and tan wire. so does that mean it would be fused to the cig lighter fuse? i'm thinking of connecting a fuse block to this wire to hold LED lights and possibly (probably) a siren, CB, and scanner?

The fuses for the power outlets is on the backside of the fuse block inside the cab on the drivers side. You have to lay on your back in the floor and look above the emergency brake pedal. 20 amp fuse IIRC.

couldn't find any fuses on the back of the fuse panel above the e-brake. I only saw that little box that all the wires went into that didn't look like there were any fuses in it.
