when i turn my wipers on my fog lights come on when the fog lights are off. when i turn my fog lights on wipers come on when wipers are off.

does this sound like a bad light switch(the headlight/foglight switch on the dash)?

 

I doubt it's the switch.

Possibly a bad ground or problem with the CTM.

 

i will have to check the ctm. apparently it does work the wipers too.

 

It didn't before 2001.

In 2001 the CTM controls almost everything. I don't have a wiring diagram for an '03 but I can't see Dodge going backwards.

 

must have been some moisture in the air from all the rain in florida. now it's dry outside problem went away.
