Default Multiple P codes as read from odm read out

The other afternoon on the road home, truck hesitated at highway speed and the CEL illuminated. After getting off the off ramp truck hesitated like it had run out of gas but 1/2 tank showing. read codes using key method and here are the codes:
P0108 Map Sensor Voltage To High MAP
P0320 No Crank Reference Signal at PCM
P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2).
P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2).

I have changed the Crank Position Sensor, reset the codes and drive it two weeks and then it happened again with the same exact codes. The only common thing to all these codes is the PCM. Thought I would ask if anyone has a different opinion?

Check your power steering pressure switch for leaks. When they fail oil can migrate along the wires into the PCM connectors and O2 sensors. All sorts of strange things then happen.

I'd probably just change the MAP sensor.
