Default 2000 Dakota 4.7 codesp0117,p0122,andp0112

ok the other day my truck would not start and I checked all fuses and noticed the relay for the electric fan was burnt.so I replaced it and it idles now but wont accel it just boggs down.codes p0117,po122,and p0112 came up un scanner.I checked the voltage on all 3 sensors all at (5.1v) so I replace all 3 sensors and still have same problem.
Also the temp hand does not work. I performed a instrument cluster diag and everything was ok. I think its the pcm but I would love someone elses advice.

0117 engine coolant sensor, 0122 throttle position sensor. 0112 intake air sensor voltage too low...hows your battery,or alternator..take it to advance auto and have em checked out, because all your voltages are low, here's the manuals we have for download, i got your codes from the 2000 factory service manual https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...-download.html Heck it could be something as simple as your battery being too low, or your alternator going bad
