Speedometer not working. ABS and Brake light will not turn off.

Guess I need to brush up on my reading skills. 
ON the 98, speedo gets it's clue from that sensor on the pumpkin. Given that the brake and ABS lights are on as well, it's a good bet that the PCM is NOT getting the message. Verify you have 5 volts AT the sensor.
If it is an aftermarket sensor, may wanna trade that one in for one of better quality......
