Default T Case rear extension housing

Does anyone know where I can find or if there is another part # that i can use to replace my Nv231 rear extension housing? All the dodge dealers say it is discontinued and I can find ones for a NP231 for a jeep but nothing for my 97 dodge dakota 5.2. Any help would be great?

Did you try a boneyard. You may have to get the entire transfer case.

I can say with absolute certainty that the Jeep one will not work. I think I still have a brand new one laying around somewhere from when I tried it. Good luck finding one for a Dodge.
