Default Dam O2s

Well I have just changed both the Pre and Post O2s on Bank 2 now I get a new code P1196 Catalyst Monitor Slow O2 Sensor 2/1.

Is this really an issue or is the new O2 dinked after 2 hours?

2001 Dakota 4.7 QC Sport 4X4

Thanks Guys

What brand did you use?

Don't say Bosch.

Unless you drive the 2.5, our trucks don't work well with bosch. Not sure why, but it seems that most guys on here that use them have issues.

well I guess the real question is will it do any damage as the truck runs fine I even think I am getting better mpg's 22 hwy

I ordered them through Rockauto and have paid 75 in shipping for 50 parts.

If it is just an issues of the light I should be able to leave it for a year then replace then when I have more cash?

Check your wiring. If there up out of the way. Around all that heat doesn't take much to burn though one.
