Hi i am new here and completely lost. There is not any power getting to the fuel pump. Had someone check it out and they said it was the fuel pump. So, we have already replaced the fuel pump, and the relays, and checked all of the fuses, and still nothing. The next thing is the wiring, because when it is just rigged up it runs.. Thinking it might be the terminal the plugs into the pump. Any ideas, or does that sound right?

Do you get power at the connection to the fuel pump?
