Possibly a bad fuse or bad wiring. What year of Dakota do you have so I can move this into the correct forum?

This is a 1997 Dakota And if I have to jam on the brakes the left rear tire locks up The reservoir is full And doesn't appear to be losing any Fluid at all I've been keeping an eye on it Jesus seem to be fine maybe I should get some contact cleaner and clean all the connections

I will move this to the 2nd generation Dakota sub-forum.

You might want to do a full brake line bleed all 4.

Bleed the brakes and check both rear brakes for proper operation and adjustment. The system modulates pressure to both back wheels, not just one, so if it's locking up something isn't right.

If you don't find anything obvious, you can also get the codes for the ABS read. It takes a "special" reader, the basic code reader can't do it. The dealer can with a DRB.
