Looks like I'm going in too. Dodge calls my headliner " Taupe". The suppliers call it "1897 Antelope". The best price looks like here:

Any suggestions would be welcome. What's the best adhesive? 3M Trim Adhesive looks good. This job is all about the labor. I would like to use the best stuff once. Please advise, GH

A suggestion on color or how you like your cab to look feel inside
I decided to go about two shades lighter as I wanted the inside to be brighter than it was and when it came compared to the old stuff it was brighter but the strange thing was after the install you couldn’t tell it was any shade different than the rest of my inside it was weird.
I think because its inside even if you were off a shade or two in the end it blends in well this may depend on what color you have my inside is called mist gray if I remember.
Stripping the old foam is PITA
Were you need to have care is the gluing don’t use too much force as you can glue the foam in the headliner material together especially if the glue is too thick or to wet still
It’s hard to describe how it’s done just watch all the videos you can before you glue the new foam on.
I almost forgot use the glue they suggest get an extra can to be sure even if you only use 1/2 the second can it’s worth it I have the regular cab and I needed two cans what sucked was I tried with one can and ran out and only finished over half the glue job I had to wait three days to get a second can to finish the job and was freaking I messed the job up.
But it came out great.
One more note I do think the 3M stuff is better my only complaint was the first can that came with the kit sucked it had a bad spray nozzle and started mucking up on me and spraying very bad that may be why I need a second can I got the 3M stuff the second can from Home depo.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I can get the 3M locally. I hear you on not soaking down the fabric. Are there any differences in the fabrics? For 2 yards I'd rather get the best and be done with it. Did you wrap the fabric or trim it flush? I've watched the videos. It looks like a manageable PITA. Thanks GH.

wrap worked for me just kept a little extra to wrap around and glue it down it pushes the edges out a bit but it was ok by me.
Actualy I kept a lot of extra to grab on to and glued the edges the very last as I let the rest dry first and only trimed the excess at the very last when fully dry.
On the fabric yes I think some are thicker thicker may help if you live in cold weather is it a better quality not sure
Try not to stretch too much
