Default 04 Dakota trouble

Hi all..I'm new to this site.I joined hoping to get some help for a problem I'm having with my truck.I have a 04 Dakota that won't start.
-I get nothing when I turn the key except for dash and interior lights
-Battery is fully charged
-There is power to the starter but no power to solenoid.
-"NO BUS" appears in the odometer after the key is turned on.I looked that code up and it is a communication problem with the PCM..I've read alot of different stories about PCM trouble and in everyone I read the vehicle CRANKS over,my truck doesn't..I don't what to throw money at something that might not be the problem..If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Bveri,

Welcome to the Dodge Forum, I'm sorry to hear about your current concerns. It's hard to properly advise until a diagnosis has been completed at a Dodge dealer. Are there any after market modifications done on the vehicle?

I would recommend having it diagnosed at a Dodge dealer so they can pinpoint the problem for you and if the PCM does need to be reprogrammed, as superdak05 stated, they will be able to complete it for you.

Let me know if you need any additional assistance or have any other inquiries.

Check all fuses.

I wish I had schematics for an '04. I'd be curious about the ignition switch not supplying power to all the circuits.

A dealer may be your best bet for diagnosis.

Isn't possible that the clutch sensor is damaged..? would that make that the truck don't crank..?
