can any one tell me what this means... my transmission wont shift into 3rd. can this be an easy fix such as a govenor sensor or something i can do myself.... I am mechanically inclined to do my own repairs with guidance... please help!!!

O/D or U/D clutch volume indexes out of specification
O/D accumulator seals are damaged
Transmission has an internal leak (U/D seals leaking)
L/R switch valve stuck in first gear position
Condition For Setting The Code: Engine started, vehicle driven to a speed of 4-37 mph at more than 500 rpm, gear selector in 3rd Gear in Drive, and the PCM detected too much difference in the engine speed and output shaft speed.
