It seems strange the batt voltage is only showing 8v. Check your grounds and for a short, something killed that batt.
With the key turned off check for current and see if its pulling an excessive amount of power when "off" should ny be a couple hundred mils to keep the batt/ecu memory etc (guessing here)

Ran the Dash Test by pressing in the odometer button and turning the key on. came up with codes 920, 921, 950, and 999. Continued with the test and all the guages worked through the test sequence. From what i am reading, those 900 codes all have to do with information from the PCM. I contacted the reman PCM folks and they are sending me a new PCM.
It sounds like this was the issue, hopefully the new PCM will solve everything and have the ole dodge back on the road next week.
