I got a unit from OR.
Are you having to put the old pulley on the pump each time? Doing that wrong will kill the seal instantly.
We wrapped the shaft in ice for a half hour, heated the pulley in the oven at 350 for the same half hour, then stuck them together in about 2 seconds. Took 5 seconds to set and lock together.

If the belt was so tight that it has ruined 4 power steering pumps doesn't it make sense it would also destroy the water pump, the alternator, the a/c compressor, or the tensioner bearing itself?
I'm thinking fluid contamination.
For the belt, try your dealer. They'll want the VIN and get you a belt that fits.

00DakDan just a suggestion my friend
I don’t know how different the V6 or V8 pumps are from the one on my 2.5 the front seal is more to keep stuff out of the bearings that are sealed units more than in. I took my old one apart and the power steering fluid doesn’t get near the front seal its more for the bearing than anything the seal is the sealed bearing one part.
I do think what he may be seeing is a seal between the pump and the tank failing due to improper installation so the leak is in the tank to pump seal
I don’t remember where I got this chart

I just had to get the longest belt they had at autozone and now the tensioner quit chattering and pump seems to wine less but is still leaking. I think now that the belt seems better that I will get a new pump soon as I can but i'm gonna double check the hoses etc first.
