Default Ac not blowing hard and it's not recirculation door

Hi there,
i've got 99' dakota and i've found that i'ts not blowing almost any air through the vents (not even the defrost)
The blower motor is working (i can hear it blowing like a tornado) and i know the recirculation door its not broken 'cause i am able to see it moving

Is it blowing strong in any mode?

It is possible for debris to build up in the plenum and clog it.

I am having this same ordeal and I just went through the hassle of replacing the heater core, blower motor and blower motor resistor, so I am not looking to go tearing into my dash anytime soon. It may be the foam gasket that connects the dash to the air mixing box is bad and the air is just blowing out behind the dash, I have heard this can happen. (I just wanted to get it back together and skipped replacing mine even though it was really bad...) Mine gets warm in the cab so I know it is all working just no force out of the vents like your situation.

Yep, thnx, u've got nice info there but i didn't find the answer to my problem there.
I just checked the recirculation door again, and if i open the housing a little while keeping the motor working, the air comes back trhough the hole...
