I had the same problem on mine too. I used clear silicone and placed it back in the tracks and let it dry for a day. Works like a gem now; no sticking at all. And it can be easily removed if need be. It takes some finageling to get in there, but I didn't have to remove the tracks to do this.

Basically, I gooped the clear silicone in the track rails, then cranked the window until the glass sat evenly into the tracks. Then cranked the window closed slowly and let dry.

This is where my problem is. If I put the window back into the black clips the window doesn't follow the track or door frame like it should and it binds. If I force the window to follow the track or door frame like its suppose to the window doesnt sit in the black clip on the front only in the rear. Thats why I think something maybe bent or Im over looking something

I do remember that it took a bit of working both the window and the black track. I had to position the window so it was level and then I had to bend the track so that it was also leveled horizontally. However, I also had center the black track so it was centered; as centered between the inner door and the outter door.

This is going back almost two years, but I think I removed the track first by removing the bolts holding the track. If you crank the track to a certain point, you should see, I think, two bolts that were appear within access of the inner door. Maybe you need to remove it and bend it back to shape, then reinstall.

The little black clips have teeth which bind to the rough texture at the bottom of the window.

If those teeth are worn out or the window has smoothened out it wont catch properly and thats why one side will keep popping out.

If you wanna save a couple bucks then I would glue it like I did, but you can try a new assembly if you want.

sounds like you will need to replace the the regulator mine bent when the window came out of the clips and had to be replaced
