Default Inside lights failing

So driving home the other night my rpm and speedometer, oil pressure, temp, etc all go black. All I can see is the odometer... What would do this and how do I fix it?

Also my temperature control lights are so dim I cannot see what they are on. Adjusting the brightness **** does nothing.

Start by pulling them all and just checking every single one. It only takes 5 min. Any other items not working in your truck?

What year is your Dakota? So we can help with fuse locations, etc?

2003 4.7 4x4. Seems like just the dash and all the lights went at once so it shouldn't be the bulbs. I can see which gear I'm in and odometer, that's it
