a 3" suspension lift for a 2WD 3rd gen doesn't exist.

A 3" body lift will include an extension typically.

I have a 2001. I also herd body lifts make a lot of noises idk if that is true or not? And I don't really want to do spacers bc my truck is vary low stock and it wouldn't change much. I found this suspension lift but you said something about its not possible so idk? http://www.ebay.com/itm/97-04-Dodge-...-/330779136379

I installed my 3 inch PA body lift in Aug 2012 and I have no problems or noises.

The only noises you may have heard/read about is on the steering column. People have reported that it makes a clunk sound when turning but I just cranked mine now really tight like people said to do and I have no problems.

body lift will include a steering column extension.

That kit is a valid kit, however, have fun with your steering system. Aligning it will be difficult and bump steer will be....lets just say, not enjoyable. It will toe out badly under compression, if you don't break a tie rod.
