2001 Dakota Sport. I disconnected the headlight switch and the Central Timer Module and the lights still stay on.

In the junction block on the side of the dash, pull the "park lamp relay." It should be right hand relay. The contacts MAY have fused.

The headlight switch tells the CTM to apply power to the "park lamp relay" when you turn on the lights.

Swap it with the one next to it, the horn relay. See what happens.

Thanks fror the suggestion. Tried that. No change. I think there is a short to 12V in one of the light wires somewhere in the body. Temp fix is a battery disconnect switch.
