So maybe dumb question....But whats the best way to fix this problem?.....For now cause I am thinking SAS later down the road....

You have a few choices:

A) Live with it.
B) Adjust the other side negative to match.
C) Lower the front end enough that the "bad" side can be adjusted to spec.
D) File the slots longer (if you only need a tiny bit and you can leave enough "meat" on the mounts to be safe).

Personally, I would probably go with C.
