Default Vent not changing locations

I only get my ac/heater fan to blow out the defrost or windshield? Just stopped working one day.
I have 1999 3.9 and have already replace the entire ac/heater control switch unit

A vacuum problem or an vacuum actuator has gone bad developed a leak.

The system works on vacuum a vacuum tank and one way valve to keep vacuum in the system check for leaks in the system or the one way valve has gone bad.

To add to what 98 has posted, the system defaults to defrost when there is NO vacuum to the actuators.
