There are several ways. Depending on how much amperage is needed and how clean you want the install.
The easiest cleanest way would be to get a normally open relay that you could bolt on the side of the engine compartment. Then wire that to the accessory fuse. That way when the accessories have power. It would send a little amperage to the relay. Which would cause the relay to engage sending a large amount of amps to the lights.
They make a special fuse just for that purpose. It is a pigtail coming off one side. You would insert the pigtail side of the fuse so that IF the fuse blows, the pigtail has NO power.
